An attractive, bright pink mushroom that will add ornamentation and appeal to every table, it is nicknamed “The Love Mushroom”, and is used mainly as decoration on a plate of food. To keep its special color intact, it must be cooked or fried for the shortest possible time. The separated, uncooked leaves can be added to clear soup just before serving. Its leaves, marinated in vinaigrette for a few hours, are suitable for appetizers.
